Personal & Commercial Use
A single license grants one individual or one business entity the right to use the UI kit in unlimited personal and commercial projects. You may use the kit to create end products — apps, websites, presentations, or client work — and distribute those end products to any number of end users.
What you can do
- Use in unlimited personal and client projects
- Modify, remix, and adapt the components
- Use in end products sold to clients or customers
- Use to create SaaS products or internal tools
What you cannot do
- Re-sell, redistribute, or share the original Figma file
- Sub-license the kit to other designers or developers
- Create derivative UI kits or template packs for resale
- Share your account credentials or the file with others
Website Templates
Free License
Attribution is required — please link back to themeineed.com in your work.
What you can do
- Use for personal and commercial projects with attribution
- Charge clients for services creating an end-product that incorporates the template
- Convert a template to a CMS theme for free distribution with attribution
What you cannot do
- Resell the item, modified or unmodified
- Redistribute the item as-is on free stock/template websites
- Sell an end-product that is the template itself without substantial modification
We don't provide support for free items.
Premium License
A premium license allows use in multiple installations and final products by you or your client.
What you can do
- Use in multiple installations and final products
- License, sublicense, resell, or redistribute the final product you or your client created
- Use in a SaaS product where end users pay to use it
What you cannot do
- Resell or redistribute the template as-is
- Extract licensed components and use them on a stand-alone basis
